Nextbase making dual tone noise continuously

The device began making a continuous warbling tone and screen shows nextbase home screen with the nextbase logo. Cannot switch it off and re-setting does nothing either. Am waiting fot Nextbase Tech to reply to mail but came here as well. What to do?
Just held on/off down for 1 minute and has switched off not sure what to do now will ruminate.
Have ruminated and switched on same tone. Took out sd card and switched on and got to start screen and said insert card did so and tone. Took card out again and skipped card bit and went to settings and got to format card but wont format instead switches off and on restart tone again do tyou think the card is u/s? Put another card in was ok rang Josie at Nextbase and she advised format card in phone and that should remove the last file that got corrupted somehow so QED but may be of some interest to the group. Thanks for your time.

Hello,

That's a symptom of an SD card problem or failure. Please remove the SD card, then press the reset button on the underside of the Dash Cam. Then, without the SD card inserted, please turn on the Camera. Does it now start normally?
What brand, size, model and class of SD card are you using please?
When and where was the SD card purchased please?
How often is the card usually formatted please?
Do you also have a rear camera please?

All bought as one lot and Josie replied and confirmed what you are saying. Formatted the card in my phone and all seems well now.

That's great news, I would recommend continued formatting via the dashcam, phone or computer at least every two weeks.
