Nextbase replay 3 issues

Hi I have the Nextbase 512GW and there is no audio in playback mode using the nextbase replay 3 and there is nothing in setting to check audio, on the windows 10 films and Tv and even windows media the audio is present has anyone had this issue thanks in advance...cheers

will be a missing codec, install the K-Lite codec pack or Shark codec pack and it should work

Hi jokiin, thanks for quick response I have K-Lite installed which was old so installed latest codec and I also re-installed nextbase replay 3 and still no audio

What other playback or editing software do you have on your computer, good chance something else you have is causing a conflict
