Hi all,
A quick question in regards to the replay software. Currently have the latest firmware and software as recommended.
Does anyone have problem in regards to locking the clips and then finding the locked clips in the software? For example, I catch an incident and lock the clip. I go to the software and find that locked clip but it has only locked 30 seconds, of which them 30 seconds doesn't even contain the incident. The 402G Professional I used to have previously would lock the entire clip and it worked how I wanted it to. This just doesn't seem to add up. Whether or not I am doing something wrong I don't know. Why cant it be that the whole entire 1 min/ 3 min whatever length clip is locked and not just a random 30 seconds after the button is pressed.
Any help or advice would be appreciated.
