I just received my DV988 and I see they have decided to not put the adhesive mount in the package.
Do you not realize some of us are not putting this on a motorcycle.

And they dont show them for purchase on their website either.

I have a sneaky feeling this might be due to a packaging error.

There are many ram mounts available. Endless possibilities.

Not a standard accessory for the DV988 package! This adhesive mount should be available on amazon eBay, it is a GoPro compatible mount, should be easy to find!

The DV688 had many mounting possibilities but the DV988 is reduced to only one clamp. Talked to Blueskysea last night, they are sending me a mount. I hope they are.

1/8 inch camera mount on back of screen give all kinds of possibilities.

Well it is mounted and looks like everything is working. There was a question if you could use the DV688 cables between the cameras and so far so good. That would have been another 1 hour install if I had to take out the 688 cables.

So far the one thing I wished they could add is a solid color behind the date and gps readout. Should be able to do that om a firmware update.

Speaking of firmwares.
Has anyone d/ed the SD_CarDV.bin on Blueskysea's website for the DV988? Wonder what changed?
