No audio?

Are you supposed to be able to gear the audio when you’re watching the videos in the app? I can’t hear any sound unless I’m watching the video from the SD viewer on my laptop. I selected “audio recording “ under the proximity sensor and I touched the sensor on the dash cam, but I still can’t hear any sound when I watch videos in the app

if you can hear them on the laptop then the sound is there, if you don't hear sound on the phone then likely there's a codec issue on your handset

I watch the videos from the blackvue app on my iPhone

I don't think you're the first person to have this problem with the iPhone, sure it has been mentioned before, they'll need to update their app for whatever it is Apple have changed recently

There is always a extra hoop for Apple owners to jump thru,,,,,,,, not that it is unique Android can be pretty stupid too at times.

It worked when I turned my ringer on (because it was on silent).
