Not recording any audio.

I played some video on my SG9665GC and noticed that there is no audio being played. The mic is turned on, both in software and red dot flashing.

I have another one in another car and the audio works fine.

Is there any recommended troubleshooting steps I can take?

The MIC indicator on the GC are a icon on the lower left side of the screen, the red dot thats the rec indicator.

is the recording silent, or has some background noise if you turn the volume up?

check that you see the MIC icon on/off change when you adjust the setting

if everything checks out in the settings you can try reloading the firmware also
