1.what do you think about the obdpeak M8? does he really have imx415?
2.what's the cheapest camera with imx415?

You probably found the cheapest camera with IMX 415, and even as the seller writes there is a Novatek 96670 processor.
Although if you look at dashcams with acceptable quality, and at IMX415, this is 70mai Dash Cam A800.
