Old cam, still works

Hi! I am looking to add rear view capabilities and still use a Vantrue X3. Has anyone been able to manage this with the X3? If so, how, and if not any recommendations? My truck has a ARE topper with rear doors & a generic backup cam. I hope to find a rear remote wired cam to mount on the topper opposite the bu light. Thanks in advance!
