More than my wife thinks I need.
I noticed that the CT6 also features another related technology of interest to us dash cam aficionados, a "high-res streaming video rearview mirror"

"Thanks to a high dynamic range, the camera's video feed reduces glare and allows a crisper image in low-light situations, versus a traditional glass electrochromatic, or auto-dimming, rearview mirror. The in-mirror display is an industry-leading 1280 by 240-pixel TFT-LCD display with 171 pixels per inch, combined with a HD camera designed specifically to enhance rear view lane width and maximize low-light situations.

"Researchers and engineers working on this Cadillac innovation have been awarded 10 patents – one for the streaming video mirror and nine for video processing. The patents cover innovations in the wide field of view camera image calibration, de-warping, glare reduction and camera hardware design."

I would imagine this rear view mirror must be integrated into the 360 degree camera system but they don't offer specifics on this yet.
 
I got my hands on a prototype of such a dash cam.

It's better to be on the rear window.
Your setup has rear/in-cab view but not good enough to read license plates of the cars behind you.

Hang on... You live in KS, a couple of miles from the border with CO. You have friends who live there & they invite you over for a long weekend break at their retreat by the lake...
What if you don't know about the front plate requirement?

The laws & regulations governing license plate requirements apply only to the legal residents of each particular state based on the V&T (vehicle & titling) procedures in each jurisdiction. It is perfectly legal to drive your duly registered rear license plate only vehicle into any other state you wish without having to modify it to meet another state's regulations. There are many other similar regulations that differ from state to state such as the scheduled requirement for and windshield positioning of vehicle safety inspection stickers.

Yeah, about the only things I've seen enforced when going between states are radar detectors and accessories attached to the windshield (dash cams as an example). Things like front plates, inspection stickers, etc. the laws of the state the vehicle is registered in apply.

Interestingly, some of those regulations are enforced or not within each state as well as between states. In my state for example, it is technically illegal to mount dash cams, GPS units and other devices on your windshield but the statute simply doesn't get enforced. It's often a judgement call of the LEO. Also in my state it became illegal as of January 1st to use a hand held cell phone while driving and yet I still see people doing it all the time, especially drivers from out of state. It remains to be seen how enforcement of this law will go in the long term.

wok is fine too, it and the bbq is our main way of cooking up here, or rather my friends way of cooking, i dont do much of that i have to admit.
But i eat often at his house and he cook for his older sister and even older father, so here is allways some food me too if i like.

I think its pointless to just cook for 1 person, so my oven is full of LIPO batteries for my RC "toys" πŸ˜€

I think i have a total of 60.000 MAH in the oven.

I don't know of a law that prohibits use of dashcam, gps etc... as long as they don't block drivers FOV.
I think the rule says, there shouldn't be anything from 4 or 5" from the bottom of the window to the top shade on the driver's side so as long as the dashcam is by the rearview mirror or on the passenger side, there shouldn't be any rule issue.
GPS is in the category of electronics that assist drivers so it's not illegal and it can even block some of the driver's FOV as it's to help driver so no point in putting the GPS where driver can't see it easily, at least in few states that I've lived.

However, I know for sure radar detectors are illegal in many places.
How do I know? Because I almost went to jail in Washington DC for having one. Well that plus entering a park after hours. πŸ˜€

This sounds like one of those hard to believe stories that ends up on the evening news broadcast after someone accidentally lights the oven not knowing what is in it. πŸ˜€

Sunny, each state has very specific laws and requirements regarding what constitutes blocking of the drivers FOV even if you don't know of the law. Here is that actual statute from my state:

Β§ 1125. Obstructing windshields

(a) No person shall paste, stick, or paint advertising matter or other things on or over any transparent part of a motor vehicle windshield, vent windows, or side windows located immediately to the left and right of the operator, nor hang any object, other than a rear view mirror, in back of the windshield except as follows:

(1) in a space not over four inches high and 12 inches long in the lower right-hand corner of the windshield;

(2) in such space as the commissioner of motor vehicles may specify for location of any sticker required by governmental regulation;

(3) in a space not over two inches high and two and one-half inches long in the upper left-hand corner of the windshield
