On-screen display and recording of info

Hey everyone. How do I get the camera to record the current speed in addition to the date and the "street guardian" text? Can that text be changed or how can I add my own custom text? Kind of like the attached picture.

Settings -> Vehicle Speed Display (near last item)
and Settings Page 2 -> Vehicle Number (near last item)

If you don't see it you need to update your firmware.
