Wife was out this morning and happened to catch this. Not a good idea to be speeding 10-15MPH over the limit, weaving in and out of traffic and then passing an unmarked police car on the wrong side - all while it's raining.

No I think the bus was fine, it just looked fast because the cam car slowed down so much..

Right. At the beginning of the clip she was driving 41 in a 40 ( ) to give an idea of how fast the offending car was going. When the bus passed her she was doing about 20.
