Good question. I've been thinking about a product for the same thing, but unfortunately I'm in the same boat you are in.

Agree with that, they seem to sell their own products and design them properly, not rebranded junk.

I don't know about that particular product, but that type of product does work, although they are a bit expensive for the capacity so only make sense as car starters and emergency USB chargers. Also note that lithium batteries like to have some exercise so it should be discharged and recharged every 3 months to keep it in good health. Don't leave it in the glovebox for 3 years and then expect it to work!
 
It depends on what kind of car you are trying to jump start.

It should work for your typical Toyota, Honda, Hyundai, Kia cars. It might not work for German cars such as Mercedes Benz or BMW due to their complicated electrical systems.
