Panorama 2 / S v1.12.04 (v1.12.03) vs v1.12.06 Day / Night Comparison

niko, I am using FW v1.12.03 on Panorama S for video surveillance and the night quality is superior.
However, recently I bought Panorama G which runs FW 1.00.05 2014-10-08. Is there such night vision FW for Panorama G also?

G, we're at firmware version 1.01.02 now

It seems that Panorama G has even better night vision than Panorama S with FW v1.12.03:

there are some recent updates to the S model as well but I'm not familiar with the version numbers, you might want to check that also

Maybe you right, but best way to judge night sensitivity footage is if to compare on the streets with very little or no lights at all

this is all very interesting in that you can drop your sd into a computer and see a difference...

but the only valid way to test them against each other is to use what one of you already pointed out in the form of vlc enhancements ....

i doubt you would see anything that would make one more advantageous to use than another ...
