Panorama II / S - no menu

have a panorama ii s. when i turn on i get the blue welcome screen but no menu or anything else. so is there anything I can do such as a factory reset to reload the firmware etc. I did notice that you can open the unit to pull te battery but that was for a different problem. Help - getting desperate. I didn't do anything that started the problem so I am at a loss what is the issue

there's no reset but you could try reloading the firmware

Do you also use a gps antenna or not? If yes, check if its inserted into correct port.

Ah yes, the old GPS plugged into the A/V port problem. (whoops! it happens) Glad all is well.

This happens to me as well few times at the beginning, so its a normal "mistake"
