Panorama S CPL filter

Considering purchasing a CPL filter for my Panorama S. Would appreciate any opinions on the filter itself, and any thoughts on which would be better Version 1. or Version 2. Thanks

PANOCPL (Version 1) falls off if you have a bumpy ride

PANOCPLV2 (Version 2) has much stronger magnets and comes with a nice neoprene bag case.

Thanks! Will the weight of the filter cause the camera to shake or move?

The CPL does not add any significant weight to change the potential inertia pendulum type shake equation in my opinion.
