well if you spent all morning digging your car out of the snow where it was parked along the curb, i would be mighty pissed if "my" spot in front of my house was taken when i got home from work.
Now the street might be public and what not, but i still feel it would be foul play to hijack a parking spot like that some one else put a lot of hard work into.

Maybe we should feel sorry for her. Twice she missed out on reserving a parking spot.
