parking mode cam

Hi, does this exist?

looking for just a mini cam, ideally hidden/stealthy. not wanting it for a dash cam but wanting it for a side cam for parking only.
ideally not one with battery and can be controlled wirelessly, powered by USB
can be done for timelapse video or motion sensor.
Also ideally that once it powers on it goes into this mode automatically without fiddling with settings
