Hi all, I'm new here and did tons of research before buying and installing my Viofo A129 Pro Duo. Everything is working great and I've routed the usb power cable, so that I can use a power bank, when my car is parked for a long duration.
When I know my car will be parked for a while, before leaving, I push the front camera to the side, on the GPS plate, so no power is being drawn from the car's battery, then I plug in the powerbank.
I was wondering if I can leave the camera as is, plugged in using the hardwire, while it's plugged into the powerbank? Will this harm anything and would it override the hardwiring power to the battery and just draw from the powerbank?
