Hello everyone,
This is my very first post on this forum. After months of research & spending tons of , time & force on this & other forums on guidelines for buying dashcams, I have finally decided to buy Viofo A129 pro duo for my Mazda Cx-5.
Now, the issue is that in order to run it on Parking mode, I would also have to buy an external battery i.e either Cellink NEO [expensive] or any other [better but cheap] power bank to make it run throughout the [desired] duration, along with an [inexpensive] HK3 wire set.
The opinions are quite divided on the matter as much as I have read on the internet. Most suggest to use Cellink to avoid any [tech] problems & for the overall safety of the vehicle. Although, many people are running their dashcam on power banks without any troubles. Can someone please help me out what to do & which external battery to buy?
