Parking Mode problems

I recently purchased a Black Vue DR750. It worked well until I didn't use my vehicle for 3 days and my cars battery was drained. I then had a Power Magic Pro installed. Now the parking mode will not activate at all. The camera settings for power cut off is 12.3V/36hrs. Do the camera settings have to match the ones on the PMP?Does anyone have any ideas.

Hi Terry

Check your battery, perhaps it's below 12.3V. More likely your PMP has been fitted incorrectly (both leads connected to switched ignition fuses), or it's not switched on, or it doesn't work.

My problem is solved. The PMP was faulty. I had it replaced and the camera works as advertised.
