Parking mode

Please check your inbox message! Thanks for your order!

Can I please request the beta firmware (wifi on version)?

Thanks in advance...

But the default firmware on B1W is WiFi default on?
Is something wrong with your requirement?

Any updates on how well the new firmware is working? I really want to get one of these B1Ws. :D

If you like, you can try the newest beta auto parking firmware which based on Time+ G-sensor!

Love to. It just came in today. ;)

[EDIT] I love it. It's a much wider view than my DDPai (though less resolution, but cleaner and more colorful video), and more discreet than my Taotronic, so I'm going to return those and get more of these.

That said, I definitely need a CPL filter. My dash is very shiny. :(

Thanks for your comments! For CPL, it is a headache how to attach its lens...

Rubber molded CPL holder with straps wrapping around the dash cam, attaching to each other with Velcro or held with an elastic band or something?

I'm trying to figure out how to make CPL filters (the cameras really need it) and may wind up using modified clip-on A119 CPL filters. But it would be nice (and cleaner) if you offered them.

Also, there's this:

Actually, since a strap would cover the light and microphone, couldn't you make a c-shaped clip that snaps on from the front?

Yeah, doing some research, I've seen some designs like these (for $25 and up!!!)
DR650_1_large.jpg61R50j5F94L._SL1500_.jpg

This one is 8 bucks. I'm tempted to buy it and see what I can do with it. The camera is about 1.5cm across. I'm seeing a lot of lenses on Amazon that say 24mm, so 2.4cm

[EDIT] Imma try this one instead. Rather get it from Amazon.

A little bit moved away from the theme of firmware ...
Then, I'll add, information about such structures filter mounts:

@estore009

Could I get a copy of the new firmware with the double tap to parking mode (wifi off) too please?

Please check your inbox message!

I didn't get mine. :(

From one of your links: "The original thread seemed to conclude that the CPL filter needed to be at least 30 mm to avoid vignetting (black border around the video image), due to the BlackVue wide-angle lens. "

That's good info to know...any CPL lens should be wider than the angle of the camera.

Good afternoon, I need the camera to have two different configurations for the g-sensor, one for when the camera is in parking mode and another for when it is not, for when it is in motion.

High sensitivity mode is necessary when the vehicle is parked but is too sensitive to drive

Hello! In the B1W, the G-sensor works fine, on Average level the sensitivity in parking mode includes record on at minor impacts, and at the same time, with the sensitivity setting unchanged, it does not false positives on a rough road, lying policemen, etc. when driving
