F770 hard wired to Cellink B.

Parking Mode ON.
Time lapse OFF

Could someone confirm my assumption: (y) (n)

Whilst in Parking Mode the cam is running on a permanent live feed but not recording the video to the SD card, but to an internal memory (buffer).

So if & when motion is detected, at this point the last 10 seconds of video that is buffered is then recorded on the SD card and the cam carries on recording for as long as the motion lasts.
Then for a further 10 seconds after.
Then the cam reverts back to buffering mode.

The answer is yes, if an impact us detected then it will record for 1 min after the impact.

I had problems using motion detect the only downside was that 10 seconds was not enough to see the plate number, as the car was taking too long to park. He pulling into the parking spot, reversed back, pull forward and hit my car, he was too close to see license plate number, parked and left. Then came back left with it being captured.

Have a look at this post.

I use the time lapse. Works great much better than motion

I agree time lapse is better. But the new version has 2 frames per second which will give a lot more footage than on the f770,
