Parking Mode

I recently had a hit and run on my parked car and didn't have it in parking mode. How do I know if it is switch live or permanent wired - is there any easy way?

get your head in your fuse box along with a multimeter and test the fuses in question.

Acc wire/fuse should be perma live
Batt wire/fuse should be switched live

Failing that does the camera have an app? is parking mode switched on? does the camera have a cut off so as not to drain your car battery?
