pedestrian with no awareness of the surroundings at all

I'm envious of a country where the media and police actually speak out against this behaviour. It's practically encouraged in the UK.

(Having said that, I'm also against undertaking at speed, especially where stupid pedestrians are likely to be crossing. And this is why.)
