I placed an order around a month ago with Jon at Pier28 for some accessories for my Panorama G, which seem to have fallen foul of the U.S. Postal system and gone missing (I'm in the UK).
Jon has personally been keeping an eye on this, and has now contacted me to say he is re sending the items again, along with a "complimentary" new mount.
I have nothing but praise for the service from Jon who has gone out of his way to assist with a problem not of his making.
It's really nice in today's day and age, to see an online retailer with the emphasis on great customer service.
