Playback failed

Hi guys, I've been experiencing a lot of "Playback failed" when viewing the recordings on the blackvue Viewer.
Running newest firmware. I am using a Sandisk Ultra A1 256 gb is the micro sd the issue?

Do you have another microSD card to test with? If same issue persists, try a firmware reflash: https://www.blackvue.com/downloads
