Please format loop

Hello,

I changes some settings using the desktop application/viewer and now the dashcam keeps asking "Please format" right as it starts. It's stuck in this loop, I tried to format the SD Card using my desktop, using the mobile app, but nothing seem to fix it.

Does anybody have any tips?

I tried 3 different cards, the original QVIA that came with and 2 sandisk.
I even tried to revert the config change. I am going to buy another SD CARD to see.

Got an answer from QVia support:

When the dash camera asks to format, press the ‘E’ and ‘M’ buttons together for about 3 seconds.
Then the voice guidance will tell you ‘Press the left key to format’, after this message, press the ‘E’ button.
The formatting will then proceed and after the format is complete, it will start recording normally again.​

I tried it with my sd cards, did not work for the SANDISK cards but it did for the QVia card.
I will try again later.
