Poor customer relations

About 5 months after I purchased my LS460W dash cam I discovered it was not overwriting data. I contacted DOD, replaced the chip as instructed the problem remained. After a cross-in-the-mail with an RMA and my returning the unit to them I have heard absolutely nothing in spite of numerous emails, phone calls and a complaint filed with the Buffalo, NY Better Business Bureau which was completely ignored. I have neither a camera nor any satisfaction from DOD after nearly a year.
Buyer beware!!!
 
Thats too bad.
Customer care and service are really the last frontier to use a Trekkie expression, just too bad most companies dont see this.
 
DOD as a company has been in a bit of disarray recently, the owner of the company died earlier this year, not sure who is running it now but they don't seem to have things together as yet
