Just upgraded my Blackvue DR650S-2ch with the new DR750S-2ch and Overall I'm not impressed with the video quality even though there is better frame rates and a new/improved Sony Starvis Sensor. In particular I believe there may be an issue with the focus. Don't mind the dot in the middle of the screen (front camera), it's a rock chip.

See the videos below, and let me know what you think. Is it a hardware issue? Is my camera really out of focus? I've heard that some people open up the front lens cap and then rotate the lens a bit for better focus?

Front Video 1080P 60FPS, Brightness 1, NV ON

Rear Video 1080P 30FPS, Brightness 1, NV ON, 20% tint

NIGHT TIME Front Video 1080P 60FPS, Brightness 1, NV ON

NIGHT TIME Rear Video 1080P 30FPS, Brightness 1, NV ON, 20% tint

Also, upgrade your firmware, latest just came out today... Also, experiment with this setting: 1080p/30fps, NV off, brightness = 3 (if you dont have tint, 4 if you do)

Also Your camera is pointed far too high Optimum is 1/3 sky 2/3 road and bonnet Same for the rear cam, its too high

Yes the settings above are best 60fps just doesnt work You will also find if you look at it on a computer and full screen it is much better.

See this video for my shots Is taken on Xmas Day heading south on Bruce Highway heading into Brisbane y Is on the setting posted above

On looking at the You tube version of my footage it is as crap as yours so I would say that Youtube downgrade the quality as it no where nearly as good as actual.

Here is a couple of screen grabs from my record folder
