Portable power station to charge blackvue 750lte in park mode

I’m nee to all things dashcam. I don’t have a dashcam yet but seeing the limitations of the b124x battery for the blackvue 750lte are approx 20 hours. So if I were to instead purchase something like this below how long would it lower a blackvue ?
