Possible to time sync SG9665GC and SGZC12RC?

Is it possible to get these two to be on the exact same time? I'm currently using the GC as a rear cam and the RC up front, if it matters.

Also, is there any way to watch both at the same time, perhaps a picture in picture type of thing, via any pc software?

picture in picture you would have to encode yourself, there's some samples of that type of thing on the site here that people have done previously, no real way to sync the clocks that I can think of as the RC is only set manually

That was kind of what I thought but figured it couldn't hurt to ask. Lots of knowledge floating around here.
