I have a SG9665GC v3 that I purchased in July 29, 2017 with a CellPower CPUSB01 that I purchased in August 1, 2017, so I could hardwire it. I started having intermittent power issues where the camera was turning off. In troubleshooting, I took the cigarette lighter power cable and plugged it in and have no issues, but when I plug the hardwired one back in it powers off. It looks like the USB connector is bent due the the angle that it plugs into the camera and hitting the windshield. Is there a way that this can be fixed or am I going to have to purchase another CPUSB01 and re-install it?

If it’s Normal using regular cig port power sounds like something is wrong with the hardwire kit.

Also, can a right-angled adapter be used, if you don't put the back cover on to help prevent the angle issue?
