Power Magic Ultra Battery B-124X displays incorrect charge level

I have a 900x plus dual channel connected to a B-124X via cigarette lighter. The battery will not fully charge unless i unplug the 900x. Otherwise it will charge from 20% to 100% charge in 10min or less and not fully charge properly. If i reboot the battery then it will display the correct charge level but will not fully charge unless i unplug the camera.
 
Sorry I mean to add if there were any suggestions? Has anyone encountered similar problem? I just hate having to unplug it everytime time I need to charge it. That just creates wear on the connectors.
