I had a Nextbase 512GW fitted 1 week ago by a Halfords fitter. It's hard wired in and comes on when I switch the ignition on. It's been working great for 5 days, but now it's displaying "plug in car battery" on the screen. I've taken it off and have had it plugged in with the cable that came with it to charge it indoors. The blue light came on for approx 1 min then went off (I presumed at first that was to show it was charging, but then goes off once fully charged). I switched it on after an hr of supposedly charging and it's STILL telling me to plug in car battery!! Why???
