Hey everyone! I’ve been lurking for a few weeks reading everything I could about dash cams and bought a SG9663DCPRO+ and SG hardwire kit. On the hardwire kit, I’ve verified that my ground is good, my battery constant is good, and my switched wire (ACC) is good. However, when I turn my ignition switch to off, the dash cam instantly turns off. The hardwire kit is set at 12.2v b/c I have a standad battery and the battery voltage is ~12.8v. What am I missing here with park mode?

Are the acc and constant feeds the correct way around? If you have your ignition on and pull the fuse for the constant what happens then?

have you changed to the 3 wire setting in the menus ?

That ended up being the issue. It reset itself to 2-wire after I did the firmware update, though I thought I changed it after. Thanks for the replies everyone!

Yeah, always have to redo your settings after a FW update, i hope this is one of the things that get changed in future dashcams.
