Problems linking Alexa MyNextbase skill to account

I saw a comment in a thread about this problem, but if I try linking the MyNextbase skill, I get the "Authentication On Our Server/These inputs should be hidden in production" screen, or something I believe you are not suppose to see after entering the serial number. I recall someone being told by Nextbase support to use the Chrome browser on your phone to link to get around this problem. However, I have tried that and also using Chrome on my PC and I still run into this issue (this is where this screenshot was taken), does anyone know how to get past this problem?

I had exactly the same problem but on Android, switching to Chrome worked for me.
