Problems signing up for 70mai Pro

Hi all. I just purchased a 70mai pro dash camera. I downloaded the app in my IPhone. I tried several times to register (sign in) but I am unable to do it because I have to insert a security code which is supposed to be sent to my email by the app. Every time the app informs that the security code has been successfully sent to my email but I just receive no email with security code. I tried several times, but no security code received. Does any one know what would be the problem? Can anyone help me?

Maybe check your spam emails ? I'm not too familiar with iPhones, but have you granted the app all the requested authorizations ?
