Problems with Mini 0805 recorded files

Hello,

I have brought 0805 from Gearbest 2 two weeks ago. It has firmware 20150615 V1.0, 32 GB SDHC card(formated via dashcam menu).

1) problem is that DVR don't fill card fully with recordings. 757 MB from 29,8 GB formatted card is free space. It's not big issue as only additional 7 minutes could fit.

2) problem is more frustrating. I had set file duration to 1 minute. If i press "save" button it locks current file, file before, and file after. So I will have 3 files locked, total 3 minutes.

It worked fine until yesterday. Dash cam started not lock these 3 files, but delete them. Files are missed without trace. I have checked, they are not hidden. However GPS log files are in place.

Edit. I found one of missing files with file recovery software Recuva, but it's not recoverable.

3) Registrator viewer 6.0.0.8 scans 32 GB card about 7-10 minutes. Maybe it's because program extracts GPS and G data from video files(0805 embeds that data as subtitles), but not from log files.

Or program can't deal properly with sometimes missing altitude value from log.

that's not a problem, that's the expected result, the camera needs to leave space for file management and recycling

I have DVR with older Ambarella processor. It has similar functionality as Mini 0805, however it lefts < 100 MB free space on card.

probably Ambarella A2 based camera, the file handling is different, you're talking about something that happened 4 hours earlier being deleted 7 minutes earlier though, that's an issue?
