Problems with the LS430W in the morning

Is there a newer firmware than the 2014-04-09 EN11 for the DOD LS430w?
Have recently the problem is that the camera does not turn on in the morning.
Only the blue LED lights.
By pressing the reset button then it goes again.
The problem occurs with a 4Gb and a 32Gb Card.

you need to speak to wherever you bought the camera from, DOD don't make the firmware available publicly
