Put a dashcam in place of a smartnav

I have a smart nav in my car at the moment and would like to remove it as it's already hard wired in.

The back of the smart nav connector is a 4 pin block as pictured. Is there a way I could convert this into a mini usb for my dashcam.

The cheapest OTG cable I found today, 0.23 £ free shipping (I bought something like that for 0.15 €)
then you cut the female USB port and solder it to your wires.

Is the dashcam the same voltage as the smart nav?

@map You're right; I considered my GPS which is 5V/2A, but it will be wise to check it first.
