Question on Event Recording

As my event recordings start accumulating in my Event Recordings folder,(I do a lot of sudden braking) do the old recordings start to get overwritten with new Event recordings if the folder runs out of space ? Or are the Event recordings never deleted since they are considered potentially important pieces of video ?

If this is covered in the manual, I apologize but I did look to see and I don't think it was.

Thanks

Your card had allocated space for event, parking and driving recording.
Once the space for the event is full, it start over writing the old videos.

Thanks for the answer. I got some misinformation that stated Event Recordings are never automatically overwritten. You have to manually delete them.

Hi.

Yes, by setting in viewer program, you can make partition in your SD card for each videos, such as 7:2:1 for normal:event:parking video.

Video will be automatically overwritten when the space is full.
