Question re: Parking Mode

Hey all,

I had my DR900S-2ch installed as well as a B124x battery yesterday. Everything works great... when the car shuts off the cameras continue to run off the B124x.

Here is my question - if I'm in my own garage I see no need for the cameras to record. Is there anyway to turn them off? The battery and wiring is all hidden behind a panel so not easy to physically disconnect every time I want to turn the cams off.

Is there a setting in the Blackvue app to turn off after X number of minutes? Or maybe a setting on the battery app?

Nope, there is no way how to turn off the dashcam via Blackvue's apps. (or settings which will do so)
 
So basically it will run until the B124x is fully depleted? That doesn't seem well thought out.

Assuming you have access to the main camera unit, you can just unplug the power cable from there.
