Questions about files

I have been using dashcams of the "E-Prance/Amabarella" type (Mini 801, 803, 805) for 5 years now. For business reasons, I need to archive my trips and the Mini's produce two files for each 3 minute segment: a video file (.mp4) and a text file containing a line containing GPS coordinates, time, x,y,z accelerometer values for every second.
I would like to get a Viofo "wedge" type of dashcam but when I purchased a SpyTec A119 I discovered that it "hides" the GPS data in the mp4 file somehow. Also, I could not adjust the video quality to lower the bit rate to get reasonable file sizes.

My question: Is this the case with the 119S/Pro cameras? If so, does anyone know of a cameras that produces files like the Minis?

the separate text file with GPS data is standard thing on Ambarella based cameras, Novatek embed the data in the video, there are some programs around to extract the data to a separate file on the Novatek files, you might be able to setup a batch file to do it in bulk perhaps
