Questions of a Newbie Yi Owner

Hi, I've had my YI for about 2 weeks now and absolutely loving it.

I just have some questions regarding some settings for the camera.

1. I made some night videos last night and decided to lower the resolution a bit but higher frame rate,
but the footage I got was jittery and wasn't smooth. I'll post some sample clips to show. (Shot at 1280x720 120P 16:9)

2. I've been looking and researching some hacks and was wondering what hacks to do first as a beginner.
I think this camera has a lot of potential but the camera's settings just stop you from maximizing it's capabilities.

Update, I realized that whenever I upload it to Youtube, it becomes smooth, any reasons why this happens?

the 120fps 720p mode doesnt have low light or sound as far as i know

you can just use the 1080p 60fps one, it looks pretty smooth and if it still doesnt look smooth, maybe its the player you are using..
