QVIA QR975 OBD2 not working

Just received my QVIA QR975 with rear camera and OBD option, 24hrs ago. My car is a 2017 KIA SPORTAGE GT-Line. Lukas Direst (USA) confirmed that this car is compatible wit the Lukas camera.

I have updated the s/w on the camera, which was necessary for it to allow selecting OBD, however plugging in the OBD lead does NOT register. The camera screen says no OBD connected!

Is this a hardware fault (OBD lead), or s/w?
Any suggestions?

Did you make sure you have insert with the correct firmware. There are non OBD and OBD firmware in the Lukas official website - http://www.qviadashcam.net/bbs/board.php?bo_table=01_board&sca=QVIA+DASH+CAM

OR the OBD wire problem. If you are not expert in DIY, try to find local car detailing store to check out the OBD
