I just installed my DR750S-2CH yesterday and was messing with some of the settings I wanted changed today. I already had a whole bunch of normal and false events recorded (too sensitive for driving). I was changing the settings using the app and selected 'Save and Close'. As it should, the device restarted with the new settings, what I'm guessing should not have happened is during the boot, it said 'SD card formatting, do not remove SD card'. Sure enough, I reconnected to it with the app and all my videos are gone, including the locked 'event' recordings.
Has anyone else had this problem and if so, what do I need to do to fix it. Thank you.
