Rattling noise

I have been using a 2s for a couple of months. It works great except for one problem. It makes a loud rattling noise, which is picked up on the audio. I have disconnected it from the mounting hardware and it still rattles when tapped with a finger. Any of you folks have the same rattling problem?

We've been selling these a few years now, definitely a one off.
