Rear camera connector question.

No adapters available at the moment that I’m aware of. I think Viofo talked about offering some at some point, but nothing yet. I think they have some other cables on their website that have two right angles on the wall if you think you really need it.
 
I will add detailed information about the cable for the rear camera - it uses a 10-pin mini usb connector. These special cables are commercially available: Viofo has a standard cable of 6 and 8 m and with an angle, as well as a short 50 cm and 80 cm.

PS: There is no need to look for such a plug or cable somewhere on the side, this is a rare thing and not cheap, for example, a cable 150 cm long and one plug - 25 dollars ( MiniUSB 10 pin MOLDED CABLE with 5ft wire )

For the two A129's I put in, I intentionally reversed the cables so the curved end was in the rear of the vehicles.
 
Maybe it’s just me but I think it looks fine the way you have it
