Rear Camera Delayed Start

My rear cam is taking about 5 minutes to start in the morning, when I hear the “starting video recording message” and while my front cam is on and recording the rear one is still off and LED light is not on.
I checked the recordings as well and I only had the front cam recordings in the morning, the rear camera came on/LED on after 5 minutes of driving.

Is that normal? Or there is something wrong? Given the rear cam started recording without any intervention from my side.
I am using power magic pro

I replaced both my rear cam cable and PMP to try and isolate the issue but all in vain.
Also formatted my SD card using a computer which didn’t help.

Given that I didn’t touch the setup and it suddenly started working, what else I could be looking at?

Could be an issue with the camera itself then, front or rear, if you're near the dealer you bought it from maybe they can try swapping out the rear camera to test
