Received replacement GPS module, still getting shaky video

So Bill at Viofo was kind enough to send me a replacement GPS module, but still getting shaky video.

I'm more than happy to ditch the GPS unit at this stage, but i really hate the side mount of the camera.

How can i 'tighten' the gap between the GPS mount and the camera, that seems to cause this shakiness?

Would a velco strip help?

For the record whan i swtich to the non GPS mount, the shakiness disapperared and the camera sat flushed with no wobble room, that i get with the GPS mount.

I've seen the product but not used it or even seen it mounted on the GPS bracket, have an idea of what is needed but couldn't say for sure without seeing it setup, thought I'd ask as you never know if someone is nearby or not

No worries.

I have some leftover 3m tape, which i cut into 3 little strips and put it on the back of the camera, inside the locking area of the mount. Left the protective side on one side.

No more shaky video!

Pity i had to go DIY though, but happy that was all it took to fix.
